 - Explore, observe, and discover potential sources of water ingress to building structures.

- Assist Building Envelope Professionals (BEP) with the necessary manpower and tools to complete a building envelope assessment. 

- Provide Building Envelope Professionals with an Opinion of Probable Cost (OPC) for a targeted specified detail of work. 

 Repair failures in building assemblies where water ingress has been detected (i.e., flat & sloped roofs, window perimeters, various wall assemblies, podium membranes, parkades, concrete crack & joint repair)
